World Quest, abbreviatedly known as wq, is a server-wide mini-event that transpires on the first week of each month; although more may occur, especially during major holiday events. The purpose is to reach an IV goal (usually around 150.000 - 180.000 IV's) by catching and submitting a various ammount of a specific Pokémon.
Description
The World Quest is an event that includes everyone in the server. The World Quests starts automatically; you are able to participate without doing anything prior. Players are meant to hunt and submit the prior, via a System Message and in the Official PRO Discord server, announced Pokémon. Along with the Pokémon, the IV requirement is announced, which is usually between 150.000 and 180.000 total IV's.
The World Quest ends after either 24 hours have passed or if the IV goal is met. Once the IV goal is met, every player who contributed at least 0.5% of the IV goal, gets rewarded. If the 24 hours pass and the IV goal is not met, then no rewards are given—regardless of contribution.

Submissions
Every submitted Pokémon gets permanently deleted; you will not be able to get it back after submitting. Therefore, think twice before giving the Mysterious Cultist your Pokémon.
Mysterious Cultists in any port city (Vermilion City, Olivine City, Lilycove City, and Canalave City) will take your submissions and tell you how many IV's you contributed and how many are left till the IV goal is met. You can only submit Pokémon you caught after the start of the quest and you must be their OT (Original Trainer). The cultist will sum up all IV's of your submitted Pokémon and add them to the overall conttributions.
- It may be smart to not submit Pokémon you'd consider as 'good', as they will be deleted. Most often there is enough time to only submit those Pokémon, which would be set free later anyway.
- As it is the goal to submit a certain ammount of IV's and not Pokémon, the number of Pokémon you need to submit will vary. Usually it will be a number between 8 and 12.
- A simple trick to know how many IV's you need to submit in total for the 0.5% goal, you can cross out the last two digits of the total IV goal, and divide the rest by 2 (e.g. 1500
00, 1500/2 = 750). Or use any calculator and calculate the total ammount of IV's multiplied with 0.005 (150.000*0.005=750).
Rewards
Once the World Quest has ended, speak with any Mysterious Cultist and he will give you your reward(s) on the condition that you contributed sufficient IV's. As mentioned above, if the server does not reach the IV goal, then no one gets any rewards. Furthermore, every individual player must contribute at least 0.5% of the total IV requirement in order to claim a Mysterious Ticket. If an individual player contributes 3% or more, then they will receive 2 Mysterious Tickets.

However, if a World Quest fails, you will not receive a Mysterious Ticket. Depending on your contribution and the overall percentage that was completed, you may receive Mysterious Shards. Three Mysterious Shards can be exchanged for a Mysterious Ticket.
- x2 Mysterious Shards will be awarded to you if the World Quest failed, but it reached 75% completion and you contributed 0.5% or more of the total IVs.
- x1 Mysterious Shard will be awarded to you if the World Quest failed but it reached 50% completion and you contributed 0.5% of the total IVs.
- x4 Mysterious Shards will be awarded to you if the World Quest failed but it reached 75% completion and you contributed 3% or more of the total IVs.
- x2 Mysterious Shards will be awarded to you if the World Quest failed but it reached 50% completion and you contributed 3% or more of the total IVs.
H. Ackerman
H. Ackerman is a NPC found in Vermilion City. He will offer various services in exchange for Mysterious Tickets. These include
- Transit Pass for 30 days
- Access to Guild Island (if a guild donates 20 Mysterious Tickets)
- Ability to fight 40 bosses a week instead of 20

The Legendary Birds and the Forces of Nature will not spawn on Birth Island, since you can obtain all 3 from their respective quests. Additionally, the use of a Mysterious Ticket has a cooldown of 24 hours. Double Reroll Service
Psychic Marina is an NPC that can reroll the IVs of legendary Pokémon. One of her options is the Double Reroll Service, which, as the name implies, doubles the rerolls you do. In simple terms, each reroll item is worth two rolls instead of 1. However, this comes at a cost; one of the payment options is a Mysterious Ticket.
After the service is activated, you can use the next 10 reroll tickets twice within the next hour. Only tradable tickets can be used in this service.
