Route 128 is a Hoenn sea route located between Route 127 and Route 129. It is also connected to Ever Grande City on its east. Furthermore, there are a few Dive spots that can be used to access Route 128 Underwater. However, these all lead to isolated areas of the underwater, the main area needs to be accessed from Route 127 Underwater.

Notable miscellanies

Rachel's Friends Quest (Ketoprak)

One of the locations the fifth friend of Rachel can be found in is in Route 128, standing on the ring-shaped island surrounding a Dive spot. He will trade the player's Pokeball for a Potion yet again.

The next friend to find will be Lilliana, who can be found in one of the last three cities, Mossdeep City, Sootopolis City or Pacifidlog Town.
