Route 114 is a Hoenn route linking Fallarbor Town to Meteor Falls. It is certainly one of the largest routes of Pokémon Revolution Online, with many trainers blocking the long way to Meteor Falls.
The route was known in the original games for being where the PC Manager of the Hoenn Region was, however in PRO, an unimportant NPC is living in that house. Instead, it is the Fossil Maniac House that takes importance, with the NPC inside being required in order to unlock Excavation.

Fossil Maniac House
Right next to the northern entrance of the route is the Fossil Maniac House. Inside of it, Fossil Maniac Charles will start the quest to unlock Excavation, on the condition that the player has already completed Hoenn Elite Four.
He will ask to retrieve 6 items that are hidden nearby all 6 excavation areas. After retrieving these items, he will then ask to pay 
100,000, after what accessing all Excavation areas will become possible.
One of the Excavation sites is located here. To unlock this site, it is required that the player has 3,000 Discovery Points. As with all Excavation sites, it will cost 2,500 to enter.
Roar Seller
Isolated on a small island in the north-west is Katy Perry, who will sell TM55 (Roar) for the price of 2,000, or the reduced price of 8,000 for 5 of them.
