Struggle inflicts typeless damage. If this move was successful, the user loses 1/4 of its maximum HP.
The Rock Head ability does not prevent the recoil damage.
Struggle's power is boosted by Technician ability.

No Pokémon can naturally learn it, but every Pokémon can use it when none of its moves are usable.
