Instructions

It can be accessed by interacting with the Reception NPC and choosing Lvl 50 Mono-Type Tournament. The player will be asked select the three Pokémon that will be used for the duration of the Tournament. Then the player will be sent to a room which cannot be exited without either winning, losing or forfeiting the tournament.

There are a total of 5 turns. Each turn will have trainers with teams of three Pokémon and each Pokémon used by the trainer in that turn will be reduced Level 50 and will have at least one type in common.

Before the match the possible type and name of the trainer on that turn can be previewed by interacting with the television in the room. The NPC will allow the player to choose the lead Pokémon from the team brought by the player.

Rewards

For successful completion of 5 turns for the first time, the player will be rewarded with a Z-Ring

The rewards for level 50 Tourneys are PvE Coins and Exp Candies. Depending on how far the player makes it on the tournament, the amount of rewards recieved will vary.

Lvl 100 Mono-Type Tournament

Preparations

Two teams of 3 level 100 Pokémon with at least one type in common with their respective teams.

Instructions

It can be accessed by interacting with the Reception NPC and choosing Lvl 100 Mono-Type Tournament. The player will be asked select the three Pokémon that shares the same type for the first team and then another three Pokémon that shares atleast one type for the second team that will be used for the duration of the Tournament. Then the player will be sent to a room which cannot be exited without either winning, losing or forfeiting the tournament.

There are a total of 11 turns. Each turn will have trainers with teams of three Pokémon and each Pokémon used by the trainer in that turn will be Level 100 and will have at least one type in common.

Before the match the possible type and name of the trainer on that turn can be previewed by interacting with the television in the room. The NPC will allow the player to choose the lead Pokémon from the team brought by the player. After the lead Pokémon is chosen only the team to which that Pokémon belongs to can be used for that turn. Either team can be used for any turn and as many times as needed.

Rewards

The rewards for level 100 Tourneys are pokedollars and PvE Coins. Depending on how far the player makes it on the tournament, the amount of rewards recieved will vary.

On successful completion of all 11 turns, the player will also be rewarded with Type-Specific Z-Crystals based on their used teams.

Additionally, Z-Crystals as the same types as used by the opponents can be bought from Crystal Seller NPC in the Lobby if the player wins more than 5 turns. The Crystal Seller accepts both PvE and PvP Coins.

The Z-Crystals can be bought only until the player enters either of the tournament again. Then the available Z-Crystals either changes or gets removed depending on the outcome of the next tournament (It gets removed if the player chooses Lvl 50 Tournament or Fails to achieve atleast 5 wins in the Level 100 Tournament).
