Burned Tower is a Johto Tower, located in the north-west of Ecruteak City. Although it is only an abandonned tower that has been left half-destroyed, the local Legendary trio is deeply involved with the Burned Tower, as it is explained during the story. But aside from the story, the tower does not offer any point of interest, making it a likely one-time visit.

Notable miscellanies

Morty Quest

When first arriving in Ecruteak City, the Gym leader Morty will be absent, and the guard will inform the player that he is in Burned Tower after he or she has dealt with the problem at the Dance Theater.

Morty will be on the bottom floor of the Burned Tower. It will however first be necessary to fight with Yellow, who will be blocking the path on the top floor.

Upon walking next to Morty, he will explain who are the legendary Pokémons in front, which who then flee. Morty will then return to the Gym, allowing the player to challenge him at last.
