Begin your journey at the Vulcan Fair Registration Centre.
Requisites

Quest Commencement:

Location: Begin your journey at the Vulcan Fair Registration Centre.
Ticket Purchase: To access the Vulcan Fair, buy an entry ticket for $5,000. Remember, this is a one-time purchase, so there's no need to buy another in the future.
Guidance from the Tour Guide: Once inside, seek out the Tour Guide. After a brief conversation, you'll learn about the 8 Mini-Games available. Your task? Either beat or match the High Score for every Mini-Game. If successful, a Nature Reroll awaits you at the quest's end.

The Mini-Games:

Rapid Spin:
Race against the clock, aiming to complete 23 or more laps within 2 minutes. Be wary of moving obstacles blocking your path and the sneaky Ekans who will stun you if you step directly in front of them.
Scizor Says: This is a game of memory and reflex. Observe Scizor's movements, then replicate them perfectly. To succeed, you must imitate Scizor correctly at least 9 times.
Griddle:
Navigate the grid, aiming to tread upon each tile once and only once. With a 2-minute time limit, every step counts.
Whack-A-Moongus:
With 2 minutes on the clock, tap on the popping Foongus and Amoongus to earn points. Be cautious; not everything gives points, some items and Pokémon may even stun you.

Normal Foongus: 1 Point
Normal Amoongus: 2 Points
Shiny Foongus: 3 Points
Shiny Amoongus: 5 Points
Normal Pokeball: 1 Point
Fast Ball, Gloom, Trapinch, and Ferroseed: Beware! These items and Pokémon will stun you.

Whirlpool:
Before starting, consider disabling Dynamic Lighting in your settings to enhance visibility. Your goal is to catch a specified Fish Pokémon before the timer concludes. Starting at 30 seconds, you lose a second with each passing round.
Slush-Rush:
Brace yourself for falling Hockey Pucks. Position yourself to catch them as they drop. Secure 20 or more to move forward in the quest.
Amazing Mr. Mime:
Traverse through a labyrinth, finding your way to Mr. Mime. You need to successfully navigate through at least 5 mazes.
Fiery Dance:
Overcome 9+ intricate patterns. Interact with levers while being vigilant of the treacherous Fire Tiles.


Starting the quest

Damon

After talking with Damon. He is located in Eindoak Town. Head towards the right, and you'll find him near the exterior of Dragonspiral Tower.
If you meet all the requirements, he will share the story of Vale with you.
Now head towards Crater Town. Crater Town is below Stateport City in Hoenn region. Rightmost bottom of Route 109


Crater Town Shore

There Talk to Damon, And move towards Crater Town

Crater Town (Finding Key)

Then go to right and move inside to Clyde's Tavern (Crater Town Tavern)
There talk to Damon, the clue can be randomize for everyone so make sure to talk to every NPC there.
After finding clue to the key, talk to Damon again.

Lumberjack Jack's House (Crater Town House 3)

Now talk to him and he will tell you about the Scarcity of Minerals

Now move outside and talk to the Officer
He will tell you about Larry The Bard

4th and Final Clue

Now the 4th and final clue is About Larry going missing, his Wife will tell you that clue is in his house,

If it is not his Wife then it will be the Old guy in the Wooden Deck


Listening to Whispers in the Crater Town

After getting all 4 clues talk to Damon again.
Now we have to listen to the whispers all around the Crater Town to gather more clues.
There are:
3 whispers in the Tunnel
4 whispers in the Tavern
2 whispers in the Pokemon Centre
1 whisper in front of the Lamberjack's House
And couple of others throughout the Town

You don't need to Listen to all Whispers to get the 3 Shady Guy Hints.
After you hear all these whispers, 3 whispers in Town will change, and those 3 whispers will give you the answer to Shady Guy's Riddel, they will be about Name, a Weather Condition, and a Solution:

Meeting Shady

Once you get all these 3 Hints, go and speak to Shady in Crater Town















After you get him right, he will give you 3rd clue that you need for Damon: The Knocking Pattern

Now go back to Tavern and talk to Damon
Now he will attempt to infiltrate the Merchant's Base
Now go out and talk to Damon again

















Now we need to cause a distraction to move the guy who is blocking the path to the Storage. Talk here so that Damon can get the idea















Now go up and talk to Damon again

After talking to Damon go Down then Left then Up and Surf towards right and talk to this guy:















After talking to him go Right and then Up and move into Crater Town Storage, now we have to find 3 Pieces of Evidence so that we can advance
Those evidences can be found in Round Pots, and you must not be seen from those Black outfit Guards or else you will reset
After finding all those evidences you can confront Bonny

After defeating Bonny, Go Up and Police will arrest Bonny Clyde
Now you will be teleported back to Damon, and he will reward you
