Triple Kick is a Fighting-type damage-dealing move.

It is the signature move of Hitmontop.

Function

Triple Kick is a multi-strike move, attacking up to three times per turn in immediate succession.

Because each strike discretely has its own accuracy contingency, it is possible for any of them to miss; if one does, then the streak will end. If Hitmontop adopts the Skill Link ability, only the initial strike will have an accuracy check, thereby guaranteeing that it maximally strikes three times if the initial one is successful.

Its base-power points are initialized at 10 and incrementally increases by 10 with each successive strike, as its base-power points are multiplicatively 10, 20, 30 for the first, second, and third strike, respectively. Bide and Counter will only compute the first strike of the move, meaning that the base-power points it accounts for are statically calculable at 10.
