The friendship stat, in PRO more common under the name of "happiness", represents how happy a Pokémon is and is set as a number between zero and 255, while zero is the lowerst possible friendship and 255 the highest possible friendship.
The friendship stat does not affect any combat stat´s of a Pokémon and is only needed as a requirement for certain Pokémon evolutions, quests and moves used outside of battle.
