Cryofrost Town was an area firstly added during the 2017 Christmas event, but it returned for the 2021 Christmas event.

Missing Santa (quest)

To begin this quest, speak with Elf Catherine near the Cryofrost Town Pokémon Center. Head south to Cryofrost Brink and follow the path to Snowfall Valley. At the end of Snowfall Valley, there is a small hut with Elf Patricia blocking the entrance, speak with her and she will battle you.

Upon defeating Elf Patricia, she will step aside, allowing you to enter. Once you enter, you can see two kidnappers talking with Santa about gifts. Santa explains that he has hidden them to prevent the kidnappers from taking them. Speak with the kidnappers and one of them will challenge you to a battle.

Now that the kidnapper been defeated, you learn that Santa has hidden the gifts in Frozen Cave. Backtrack to Frost Valley and go through the ice maze to confront Kidnapper Hamzah once more. Like last time, he will challenge you to a battle and will move from the cave entrance once defeated.
