On the north-western side of Route 39, you can find the Moo Moo Farm. This farm is where Miltank are raised and is a location where you can buy Moomoo Milk, however the owner claims they are running low on food so they cannot sell any right now. This is when the player can help the farmer, and begin the quest.

Walkthrough

After learning that the farmer is low on food, he will ask the player to deliver him 4 Cornn Berries. These berries are held by wild Meowth on Route 39, the same route the farm is on. The player will need a Pokémon that knows either Thief or Covet. Make sure the Thief/Covet Pokémon is not already holding an item, else it will not be able to take any items from wild Pokémon. Alternatively, you can capture these wild Meowth's and hope they come with a Cornn Berry on them.

After you've rounded up 4 Cornn Berries, deliver them to the farmer. Following that, the farmer will ask that the player bring him a max happiness (255) Miltank. Do note that the Miltank does not have to be OT.

Once a Miltank that meets the requirements has been shown to the farmer, he will give you your rewards and the quest will be completed.

Rewards

For finishing the quest, the farmer will give the player x10 Moomoo Milk. In addition to that, the farmer NPC will become a Moo Moo Milk salesman, offering 12 Moomoo Milk for 4,800, once every 24 hours.
