The system used by Pokémon Revolution Online to handle battling while adequate, is quite sadly underdeveloped. This means that, While PRO's battle system is substantially developed, it's still a work in progress. Some Abilities and Moves remain unprogrammed, incompletely programmed, or misprogrammed; these are all categorized as broken moves.
