Porygon is a Normal-type Pokémon.

It evolves into Porygon2 when traded holding an Up-Grade, which evolves into Porygon-Z when traded holding a Dubious Disc.

Obtainability

Spawn Information Temporarily Unavailable

Since 17 July 2026, the public Spawn Dump Page has been temporarily disabled and will remain unavailable for an indefinite period.

Because the Pokémon Revolution Online Wiki relied on this data source, it is currently unable to display spawn locations.

For the time being, please rely on the in-game spawn information instead. Spawn information will return once a public data source becomes available again.

After obtaining 4,000 Discoveries, Porygon can be found in Wondrous Site.

Boss Reward

Terminator boss's reward. Naruto Fanboy boss's reward.

Cinnabar Research Lab

Trainers can obtain Porygon programmatically by giving a Silver Disc to Davis at Cinnabar Research Lab. The installation process will take 2-6 hours, and then Porygon will be programmed into one of the trainer's Pokéballs.

The Silver Disc is obtainable through several different sources:

  • A one-off freebie is obtainable from an NPC in Cinnabar Lab Room 1. He will evaluate the trainer's Pokédex, requiring at least 100 caught-data entries before rewarding the item.
  • Potential prize for defeating the Jessie and James boss.
  • Potential reward from the Pokémon News Press
  • Potential reward from Celadon City's daily challenges
