Light That Burns the Sky compares the user's Special attack and Attack stats and deals damage to the target using the higher stat.

Usage

Only Ultra Necrozma or a transformation thereof can use Light That Burns the Sky. It requires the Pokémon to know Photon Geyser and hold a Ultranecrozium Z, in addition to its trainer possessing a Z-Ring.
