Jump Kick is a Fighting type damage-dealing move.

Functionality

Jump Kick inflicts damage without any secondary effect on hit. If the user misses the attack, it will take 50% of its max health as crash damage.

On top of missing from regular accuracy checks, missing includes using the move against a Ghost type Pokémon, as well as missing from the opponent using Protect or Detect.

Bugs

• Reckless does not increase Jump Kick's power. (Report thread)
• The user takes no crash damage if it missed because of the opponent using a two-turn semi-invulnerable move such as Fly and Dive. (Report thread)
