Victory Road Hoenn is a Hoenn located in the middle of Ever Grande City. Leading to the Pokémon League, it can only be accessed after obtaining all 8 regional badges. However, other than being the final cave with high level trainers and Pokémons, there isn't anything interesting inside the cave.

Two of the locations the seventh friend of Rachel can be found in is in Victory Road Hoenn. The first location is in B1F's north-east corner, which requires to take the north-eastmost ladder of B2F. The second location is in B2F, near its north-west corner. He will trade the player's Pokeball for a Potion.

The next friend to find will be Bambang, who can be found either in Cave of Origin, Jagged Pass or Fiery Path.
