Berserk (ability)
Berserk is one of the many abilities that are inheritable by Pokémon.
Function
Each time the HP of a Pokémon with Berserk is reduced below half due to being targeted by a damaging move, its Special Attack is raised by 1 stage.
When the HP falls below half due to indirect damage, such as one caused by Leech Seed, status effects, or weather, the effect won't activate.
