The Letter Delivery quest, as it's been dubbed due to the nature of the task given, is a quest only available during the Valentine's Day event. It can be started by speaking with the Delivery Man NPC in Aphrodia Island.
During this quest, the player is tasked with delivery letters across a region. The letters are different depending on which region the player is in. For each letter there is a riddle that hints at the location where the NPC awaiting the letter is at. The player must determine which location each letter belongs to and deliver it to the correct NPC. There is no time limit for the letters nor are there any penalties.

Rewards

For each letter delivered, the player will be rewarded. Once all 10 letters have been delivered, return to the Delivery Man and he will reward the player with a Cupid Bow cosmetic.

• First letter will reward 10 Pokéballs
• Second letter will reward 3 Lum Berries
• Third letter will reward 3 Revival Herb
• Fourth letter will reward 3 Sitrus Berries
• Fifth letter will reward 3 PP Up
• Sixth letter will reward 3 PP Max
• Seventh letter will reward 3 Hyper Potions
• Eighth letter will reward 3 Rare Candy
• Ninth letter will reward 3 Full Heal
• Tenth letter will reward 3 Max Repel

Letters

In order to be given a letter, the player must provide 1 Heart Scale to the Delivery Man. In total, the player will need 10 Heart Scales to receive all 10 letters. These can be obtained from the Fisherman Ross NPC who is standing near the lake in Aphrodia Island. He will give 1 Heart Scale for each Luvdisc you show him that has 90 or more IVS, is newly caught, and has the player's OT.
