Reroll Ticket
Reroll Tickets, abbreviated to RR tickets or simply RRs, are single-use devices that can be redeemed to change Pokémon individualities, namely statistical determinants, that are otherwise static. They are currently usable for rerolling Natures and IVs.
They are coveted especially by PvPers attempting to optimize their Pokémon's stats, typically because they inherited suboptimal individualities that they can't change otherwise.
They're mostly restricted to Legendary Pokémon due to their finite obtainability; however, those rewarded during the Summer Tour can be redeemed on any Pokémon.
Usage
Tickets are redeemed with Psychic Marina. She's located in all the following areas, which includes all the current regions:
- Vermilion City in Kanto
- Olivine City in Johto
- Mauville City in Hoenn
- Matsuki Village in Sinnoh
- Guild Island
By giving her a Mysterious Ticket, the trainer will earn a double RR; this affords two rerolls per RR Ticket. They must be redeemed within a grace period of one hour, and only up to ten Reroll Tickets are usable for it.
Types of Reroll Tickets
IVs
Using IV RRs will re-permutate your Pokémon's IVs, randomly resetting each one again within the 0-31 range. An IV-Lock Reroll, which is temporarily obtainable via some seasonal events, can be used to secure selected stats from being reset; this is useful for already-optimal stats that the trainer doesn't want to risk compromising.
The device can be obtained from one of the following:
- Any PvP Master for 150 PvP Coins apiece
- From the PvE Coin Master for 250 PVE Coins, located in Battle Tower
- Player trades
- As some event quest rewards
- Pewter City Museum (One time quest)
Natures
Reroll Tickets can be used to select the desired Nature for the applicative Pokémon.
The device can be obtained from one of the following:
- Any PvP Master for 75 PvP Coins apiece
- From the PvE Coin Master for 150 PVE Coins, located in Battle Tower
- Player trades
- Rewards from event quests
- Suspicious Bot - 40th consecutive victory
Soul-Bound IV
Soul-Bound Reroll Ticket are a form of IV Reroll Ticket. They can't be used to Roll a Legendary twice during the Double Reroll Service.
The device can be dropped from the following:
- Random reward from PvP Chests
- Random reward from Enhanced PvP Chests.
- Trading in 4 Reroll Shards with Psychic Luigi at Lavender Town House
Legendary Specific
Legendary specific Reroll Tickets are indentical to the normal IV Reroll Ticket, they are just locked to a specific Legendary Pokémon. They can't be used to Roll a Legendary twice during the Double Reroll Service.
The device can be obtained from one of the following:
- Random reward from PvP Chests (3% Drop Chance as a Bonus Drop)
- Random reward from Enhanced PvP Chests (3% Drop Chance as a Bonus Drop)
IV-Shuffle
IV-Shuffle Tickets can be used to rearrange the IVs on a Pokemon randomly.
The device can be obtained from one of the following:
- Random reward from PvP Chests
- Random reward from Enhanced PvP Chests
IV-Swap
The IV-Swap Ticket can be used to swap 2 IVs.
The device can be obtained from one of the following:
- Random reward from PvP Chests
- Random reward from Enhanced PvP Chests
IV-Locked
The IV-Locked Reroll Ticket can be used to lock 1 IV while rerolling the other 4.
The device can be obtained from one of the following:
- Random reward from PvP Chests
- Random reward from Enhanced PvP Chests
Double-IV-Locked
The Double-IV-Locked Reroll Ticket can be used to lock 2 IVs while rerolling the other 4.
The device can be obtained from one of the following:
- Random reward from PvP Chests
- Random reward from Enhanced PvP Chests
IV-Reducing
The IV-Reducing Tickets can be used to reduce a specific IV by 1.
The device can be obtained from one of the following:
- Random reward from PvP Chests
- Random reward from Enhanced PvP Chests
