Dungeons
Dungeons are co-op style areas designed to be cleared by a group of players. Dungeons are comprised of many floors and rooms filled with various Pokémon battles and puzzles you need to solve in order to proceed. Each room has its own puzzles and/or battles that must be completed successfully in order to continue to the next floor. Clearing all the rooms will land you in the final room, home to the final Guardian. After defeating said Guardian, the Dungeon will have been completed and you can claim your prizes. A score will be given based on your performance within the Dungeon. Guilds with the highest scores will be placed on the PvE Ladder, the Top 3 of which will receive prizes at the end of the season, similar to the PvP Ladder.
Overview
There are currently three dungeons in Pokémon Revolution Online: the Forlorn Court (Dungeon), the Ruins of the Vale (Dungeon), and the Temple of Truth (Dungeon). Each dungeon contains different challenges and rewards. The Forlorn Court and the Ruins of the Vale dungeons are accessible at all times of the year, while the Temple of Truth dungeon is part of Evergreen Island, the Christmas event map. As such, its accessibility is limited to its opening times, which are between December and January.
Locations
- The Forlorn Court (Dungeon) is located in the Forlorn Court, through the Lavender Town Graveyard.
- The Ruins of the Vale (Dungeon) is located in Crater Town.
- The Temple of Truth (Dungeon) is located in Polar City North Gate, within the Evergreen Island event area.
Rewards
Each dungeon has different rewards, most generated randomly from several possible options. These are described in greater detail on the pages for each dungeon. However, there are also several notable rewards.
- Completion of the Ruins of the Vale (Dungeon) allows the player to obtain Victini.
- Completion of the Temple of Truth (Dungeon) rewards the player with the chance to obtain the light stone, needed to obtain Reshiram. The Temple of Truth is also where players obtain the Lucarionite.
