Mega Launcher is one of the many abilities that are inheritable by Pokémon.

Function

Mega Launcher will boost the power of Aura and Pulse moves, such as Aura Sphere and Dark Pulse, by 50%. Additionally, Heal Pulse will heal the target for 75% of their total HP, rather than the normal 50%. However, Heal Pulse is coded, but PRO does not utilize double battles, thereafter Heal Pulse currently serves no purpose on PRO.
