Halloween Tokens

After completing the main questline in Dreadtown, Mayor Vlad will give you the opportunity to earn Halloween Tokens by submitting freshly caught Purrloin to him. The amount of tokens given will directly equate to the amount of IVs the submitted Pokémon has.
You can then exchange these tokens with the Prize Vendor in Murky Town.
