Outrage is a Dragon-type damage-dealing move.
Function
Outrage inflicts consecutively for 2-3 turns, only deducting one PP for the initiatory turn. Until the entire consecution of strikes completes or is intervened by a disruptible status ailment, the user will be precluded from using any other move.
If the entire spates of strikes completes, the user will be confused as a sequela of the fury; otherwise, if it ends prematurely by onset of a status ailment, the user will be reprieved of this aftereffect.
It is disruptible by paralysis or a self-infliction caused by a continuation of a previously induced confusion, which will end the sequence with finality. Sleep, frozenness, and flinching will thwart it for the operative turns, but it will not end it; it will only adjourn it the user is resumably extricated of those ailments.
