Evergreen Island Frozen Cave is a Evergreen Island area connecting Evergreen Island Village south area to Evergreen Island Frozen Cave. It is notably one of the easiest places to capture a Eevee, Swablu and Treecko.

He will also give a title to the player, such as Senior and Master, according to how many points the player has accumulated.
