Outbreaks
Outbreak is a feature that allows players to catch certain Pokemon at certain areas with' their tiers reduced or sometimes even unobtainable Pokemon such as Alolan Counterparts.
Basic information
1. As mentioned above, certain Pokemon swarm certain places where their tier is reduced by 1. For example, if a Pokemon was tier 7 at a certain place, during its outbreak, it will be tier 6.
2. Outbreaks last for 4 hours.
3. The outbreaks may or may not be same for both the servers.
4. They are completely random and are not controlled by the staff members.
5. A message will be displayed in the chats whenever an outbreak occurs. Other than this, you can join the Discord Chat and in the #bot-commands channel, you can use these commands depending on the server you play in. The Reborn bot will make an announcement in the #oubreaks-announcements channel and you will be tagged.

The tier written in this table refers to the tiers the Pokemon were before swarming. After the outbreaks, the tiers are reduced by 1.
