Dock Island (region) is an extra island that can be accessed from Olivine City's harbor. However, the Sailor will not allow the player in unless he or she has completed the Johto Elite Four.
The island is known for being the location where the Boss and Bugsy bosses are located at.

Bosses
There are two bosses on the island, being Boss and Bugsy. The former, in particular, is known as being the hardest boss in the game, as it is exclusively using special formes of Legendary Pokémons and also prevents the use of Bag items. It is located in the western house of Dock Island, while Bugsy is instead located in Amazon Forest.
