Magma Hideout is Team Magma's hideout, which entrance is located in Jagged Pass. To reach the entrance, it is necessary to go down the center stairs right after the first ledge from Mt. Chimney, but to head to the eastern slope instead of the slope directly under the stairs.

The hideout can only be entered in its corresponding time of the story, that is right after completing Mt. Pyre's Maqua Encounter and receiving the Blue Orb and Red Orb. Furthermore, it is not possible to return inside once the hideout has been completed, making all the items inside missable items.

Magma Hideout Quest

Raiding the Magma Hideout is simple, with no puzzle or mid-objectives. There is only one objective: reach the 4th floor and reach Groudon. The path for that is simply to head straight south on every floor. However, it will not be possible to reenter the hideout after completing it, as such it may be best to look for the items first.

Before reaching Groudon, Magma Admin Tabitha will appear and block the path. Defeating him will be necessary to progress. After the events, there won't be anything else to do anymore, so it's time to take the shortcut south, leave the hideout and head to the next destination, the Team Aqua Hideout.
