Misty is the gym-leader boss NPC of the well known Cerulean City gym-leader.

Challenging Misty

Misty is located in the south-east of Route 41, relaxing on a patch of sand extending beyond the enclosed area of a Whirl Island entrance. She will challenge the player given that he or she has over 150 hours of playtime as well as a full party of 6 level 100 Pokémons, After the battle, she will have a cooldown time of 12 days.
