Function

Last Resort monofunctionally inflicts damage. Due to incomplete development on this move's parameters, the rest of the user's move techniques do not need to have been used previously in the battle in order for Last Resort to be usable; it can be deployed without those antecedents, here.

Because of this technique's unconditional usability and its potent base-power points, it is currently proscribed from usage in ranked PvP battles.^[1]
