Breezy Island is an event island which opens during the winter. It can be accessed by talking to Sailor Richard at any port (Vermilion City, Olivine City, Lilycove City and Canalave City. This brings the player to Breezy Town. When speaking to Sailor Richard, he will return the player to the city he originally came from.
