Eumi Island Town is the entry location of Eumi Island. It can be accessed by speaking to Sailor Jacob in Lilycove City, and it is possible to return there by speaking to Sailor Poppy. The town continues west to Eumi Island Temple Entrance, and north to Eumi Island Theme Park 1.
Being the town of the island, this is where the Pokémon Center is located at, allowing the player to rest inbetween activities on the islands.

Icy Wind tutor
A Move tutor for the move Icy Wind can be found in the north-west corner of the town. He will teach the move to any compatible Pokémon for the price of 
15,000. It is however not recommended to learn from him, as there is already a move tutor in Seafoam Islands that teaches it for only 5,000.
