UnderGround Ruins is a special Kanto area in the Trainers Valley region. It is located east of Monkey Path.
In order to being able to enter in the Underground Ruins you have to meet the following requirements:
- Be Hoenn Champion
- Have 250 in-game hours
- Have the seen data of Regirock, Regice and Registeel
