Vulcan Path is a Vulcan Island area which connects Vulcan Island Shore to Vulcan Forest. It is most famous as being the only place to encounter a Fennekin one of the three Generation 6 starters.
Notable miscellanies
An Abandoned Pokémon can be found in the southwest part of the Vulcan Path. After climbing up the ladders, it will be hidden behind the tall grass directly east of the ladders. Picking up the blue Pokeball will provide the player with a level 45 Flareon.
