As a TM-learnable move, it is also known as TM19.
Function
Seismic Toss inflicts a damage output that is equal to the attackee's HP; for example, if the target were level 50, they would lose 50 HP from this move's infliction.
While this move is formulaically typeless, it does not negate immunities; Ghost-type Pokémon, namely, will not be hit by it.
