Power Split is a Psychic-type, Status move.
Functionality
Power Split averages the user's Attack and Special Attack stats with those of the target Pokémon. This move will ignore the user and the target's stat changes when calculating the average. It also bypasses accuracy checks to always hit, unless the target is in the semi-invulnerable turn of a move such as Dig or Fly.
Z-Power Split: Raises the user's Speed by 1 stage, then uses Power Split.
