Route 131 is a Hoenn sea route located between Route 130 and Pacifidlog Town. It also connects to Sky Pillar on the north side.

This route has an alternate version that exists only if the player has talked to the NPC Old Man Jerry in Pacifidlog Town and he has said that he can see Mirage Island. The alternate version of this route is called Route 131 B and it leads to Mirage Island.
