No Guard is one of the many abilities that are inheritable by Pokémon.
Function
Whenever a No Guard-possessor is in-battle, all moves used during that battle will not miss—whether used by the operative possessor or by its opponent. This 100%-accuracy guarantee includes semi-invulnerable moves, such as Dig, Fly, Dive and Bounce, in its parametric purview.
