Functionality
Defog lowers the Evasion of the target by one stage. Additionally, it removes all entry hazards and screens. These include Aurora Veil, Light Screen, Mist, Reflect, Safeguard, Spikes, Stealth Rock, Sticky Web, and Toxic Spikes.
Ignores the target's Substitute, although a Substitute will still block the lowering of Evasiveness.
Z-Defog: Raises the user's accuracy by 1 stage, then uses Defog.
