Celadon Department Store - Kanto | ||
Location ![]() A positional vantage point of Celadon Department Store in Kanto. |
Celadon Department Store is a six-story compartmental emporium located in Celadon City, being the largest building therein.
It is the only department store available in Kanto; by extension, it is the largest store in the region, carrying the most all-encompassing inventory of items—including some item categories that are not sold in Pokémarts, such as TMs and evolutionary stones.
Floors
F: Receptionistic Counter
This is the service-counter floor where shoppers are greeted by the receptionist. There are also a few miscellaneous NPCs that will trade certain items.
Fashion Girl Emily
After a certain update, Goth Clothes and Autumn Clothes were switched to another color or another type of cloth. Fashion Girl Emily trades any of these clothes to any color of both types.
Throat Chop
A tutor for the move Throat Chop for 15,000 per tutee is located on the left side of the floor.
Store Owner
- Main article: Pinkan Island (quest)
The store owner is part of the Pinkan Island Quest. After speaking to the Biker in Saffron City, the next person to speak to is the Department Store Owner on the first floor. He will say that they have been robbed, but won't give any information about who did it or where they may be. The next destination will then be Route 7.
Item Buyer
The Item Buyer will buy many items from the player. Most specifically, he will rebuy Pokéballs and Potions for half of their regular price, and regular berries for 25, as noted by the table below. Furthermore, he will rebuy any PvE Shop item at half their original price.

Conrad
He can be located on the first floor, behind the main counter in the center of the room.
He is a vendor that allows the player to Mega evolve specific mounts to their Mega form if the player have the mount and its respective Mega Stone on hand.
If the player wishes to have their old mount back, they can de-evolve the mount as well at the same vendor.
Currently, not all mounts have a mega evolved version.
Below are the only ones available:
