The local time collocated to the Pokétime during the latter's night-time phase.

Pokétime is the time-measurement continuum used in Pokémon Revolution Online.

Time-Passage Rate

Pokétime elapses at a six-times-faster rate than real-world time; for example, six Pokéseconds elapse after one real-world second, six Pokéminutes elapse after one real-world minute, six Pokéhours elapse after one real-world hour, and one Pokéday elapsed after four real-world hours. The super-enhanced rate of Pokétime lends players ample time to play through the multiphasic Pokédays, thereby affording them realistic chances to access time-exclusive features, such as Pokémon spawns at various phases of the day, contingent on their spare time throughout the day.

Please note that there isn't any interweaving correlation between the local time and Pokétime; the former is simply synchronized with the player's operative device of the game client, whereas the latter is initialized by the server PC's clock and thus is globalized for all players.

Thresholds

Pokétime encompasses more than just a visual effect; it's also used as an access- and feature-restrictor for gameplay functions, as delineated below.

Phases of the Day

For Pokémon-spawning mechanics, Pokédays are apportioned with conventional tri-phasic cycle; morning-time spans from 4:00 AM to 10:00 AM, daytime spans from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM, and night-time is in effect in the intervening time from 20:00 PM to 4:00 AM.

Pokémon-spawn control is the only known Pokétime-time restrictor that concordantly overlaps with all the visual effects of each phase.

Evolutionary Mechanics

As it pertains to evolutionary mechanics, there are considerably discrepanct times; daytime spans from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM, whereas the rest of the hours are doled out to night-time. This equi-bidaily system applies to any phase-specific evolutions; for example, Eevee will evolve into Espeon if leveled up with maximal Happiness between 6:00 AM and 6:00 PM, whereas it'll evolve into Umbreon between 6:00 PM and 6:00 AM continent of the same conditions.

Content Features

In Goldenrod Underground Path, Chris and Brad have limited, varying hours of operation; Chris is open during conventional business hours from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, whereas Brad supplants his stead from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
