Forecast is one of the many abilities that are inheritable by Pokémon.
Function
Forecast allows the possessor to change between its forms depending on the current weather conditions in battle - regular/normal when there is no weather or during a sandstorm, Rainy during rain, Sunny during sunlight, and Snowy during hail.
