Challenging Ravine

Ravine is a ghostly figure that can be found wandering around Mt. Pyre Summit—specifically in the southeastern graveyard on it.

By virtue of the fact that a Hoenn-league championship is required in order for Ravine to be challengable, she should be accessible by the time all the qualifications have been satisfied.

If you lose to Ravine, you must wait 14 days to rechallenge her.
