Ice Ball is an Ice-type damage-dealing move.

Function

Ice Ball inflicts damage and strikes the opponent quintuply in one turn, doubling in its base-power points for each of the five turns it consecutively hits. If the move is hitless for one of the deluge's turns, such as if it misses, its base-power points will reset the initial amount.

Its base-power points are also multiplicatively doubled if the attackee had used Defense Curl during the battle's duration.

The Bulletproof ability will immunize its possessors from Ice Ball, altogether, as it does for all moves with 'ball' and 'bomb' in its nomenclature.
