Route 124 Underwater is a Hoenn underwater route. It has a few access points from Route 124, as well as a few paths that alternate between the surface and the underwater. However, none of the underwater paths lead to different areas, and only a few minor rewards can be obtained from going underwater.

Sick Sandslash Quest

After the Sick Sandslash Quest has been initiated by talking to Hiker Jiwan in Lilycove, the item he requests, a Medicine Seaweed, will be here in Route 124 Underwater.

To find this Medicine Seaweed, it is necessary to enter the east-most Dive spot of Route 124 and follow the path all the way to the north-westmost Dive spot. In it, the Medicine Seaweed will be a hidden item in the south-west corner, directly next to a brown-ish seashell. Afterward, all there is to do is to return back to Hiker Jiwan to complete the quest.
