Lost Cave is a small island cave with the Lost Cave entrance in the middle. The cave itself is a confusing maze of smaller caves. Going in the wrong tunnel will return the player to the starting cave.

This NPC, located at the cave entrance, will sell you Escape Ropes for 550 each.

Lost Cave

Lost Cave is a large collections of small caves. Choosing the wrong path will put you at the beginning. The amount of large rocks in each room will tell the player which direction is correct. Going in the opposite direction usually leads to an item.

  • 3 rocks is right
  • 6 rocks is down
  • 9 rocks is left
  • 12 rocks is up

Several of the Team Rocket Grunts needed to unlock Six Island will be inside Lost Cave.
