Knockout drops are a new exclusive item only found on PRO, it was introduced during Q1 of 2022.
It can be found in all base shops should the player have enough badges in the respective region.
It was essentially introduced as a way for people to faint their leading Pokémon without battling.
Function
When used from the Player's Bag on a Pokémon, it will faint the selected Pokémon without it losing any Happiness level.
Caution: Fainting your last Pokemon results in a loss and teleports you to your last Pokecenter.
Locations
You can find it in any base shop if the player has enough badges for that respective region and its price is 
550 each.
