Oakwood Cavern

Jackson will be blocking the entrance to a large tree and tells you to come back when you have a purpose. After continuing more of the Missing Santa quest, Mayor Maywho will tell you to collect 7 Dragon Stones from Oakwood Cavern. Once you have been tasked with that, Jackson will allow you to enter if you prove you are worthy through a battle.
