The World Quest is a server-wide event that gives the whole server a task that has to be completed within 24 hours from the time it was started. World Quests will be activated once every month on the first day. Once a World Quest is triggered, one player has to talk to the Mysterious Cultist located in any of the four port cities, being Vermilion City, Olivine City, Lilycove City or Canalave City. Furthermore, activating the World Quest on Silver Server will not necessarily make it active on Gold Server. Keep in mind that this event can also be started manually, giving us more options of getting a [[Mysterious Ticket]].

In order to get a Mysterious Ticket, you have to submit 0.5% of the total amount of IVs that is required. As an example, if the server needs to hunt Solosis with 85653 IVs total, you need to submit at least 429 IVs to get a ticket. You also have the chance to get a second ticket in every event, which you will get by submitting 3% of the total amount of IVs that is required. With the same example of total IVs, you would need to hand in at least 2570 IVs.
