This area is part of Eumi Island, the Christmas event island. As such, its accessibility is limited to its opening times, which are between December and January.

Eumi Island - Hoenn

Overview

Eumi Island is an event island which opens during the winter. It can be accessed by talking to Sailor Jacob in Lilycove City. This brings the player to Eumi Island Town. When speaking to Sailor Poppy, he will return the player to Lilycove City.

Christmas Pokémon

During the Christmas event, the following Pokémon as well as their evolutions have a 1/1000 chance of appearing in their Christmas counterpart, regardless of where they are met. Note that not all Pokémon that previously had a Christmas counterpart are available during this year.

Shopping Center

Eumi Island Theme Park 1 serves as the shopping center of the island. In there, it is possible to find General goods from Pokemarts, unique TMs, Winter Clothes and an improved PvE coin shop. Most players should find some items they will want to spend their money on.

Advent Boss and Casino

Eumi Island Theme Park 2 is where the player is able to obtain Eumi Tokens and spend them. The Advent Boss will challenge the player once a day, and will reward Eumi Tokens on top of of money and a random item. The player is then able to cash in the Tokens at the Casino for a far wider variety of random items.

In both rewards, the player is able to receive Special Pokéballs, which were made available for the first time during the event.

Santa Claus and Evil Grinch

Santa Claus is located in Eumi Island Theme Park 1, while the Evil Grinch will rather be located in the back area of Eumi Island Burned Tower. Both of these NPCs simulate Hunting events, where the players compete against each other to get the highest amount of points, and only the top player on each server will win a Christmas Pokemon. Santa Claus wants to see the best Pokémon, while the Evil Grinch wants to see the weakest Pokémon.

Each of them give one reward per advent per server, making a total of 6 rewards per server. The rewards are as follow:

Santa Claus

• 4th Advent: Christmas Adamant Marvel Scale (ability) Dratini
