Overgrow is one of the many abilities that are inheritable by Pokémon.
Only a select bevy of Grass-type Pokémon can inherit this ability; fittingly, this ability is more agential to them than most types, as it enhances the attack power of Grass-type moves. All Grass-type starter Pokémon can inherit this ability.
Function
It boosts the power of Grass type moves by 50% when the ability-bearer’s HP is below 1/3 of its total HP.
